Yesterday, I wrote about neediness as it has been a hard hitting message to me personally.

Today, I came across a quote by Honore de Balzac, which manages to summarise in twenty words what I wrote in over two hundred. 

“Nothing is a greater impediment to being on good terms with others than being ill at ease with yourself.”
