In meditation, the breath is the centering construct. When our mind wanders onto various thoughts, we are to gently bring it back to focus on our breath.
Similarly, our goals are the centering constructs in our lives. When one thing leads to another and we wander off, we are to gently bring ourselves back on track towards our goals.
