A lot of the things we do are in reaction to what others do.

They did this. So I did that.
She said this. So I said that.
This tastes like this. So I can’t stand it.
This happened. So I did this.

And what we do elicits further reactions from others. And on it goes forming an infinite web of reactions which is our collective culture.

We can choose to let this spiral downward into the lowest common denominator. That usually makes total sense to our ego.

Or we can choose to let this spiral upward and build a tribe of joy and respect.
